SNPE C-Movement

SNPE C-Movement is a corrective exercise that restores the cervical vertebrae (neck) to the natural shape

by massaging and loosening the stiff muscles around the neck and occipital bones in order to restore their elasticity.

It is important to restore the cervical neck to the natural shape from deformed neck like cervical kyphosis.

 

 

SNPE C-Movement with Wave Pillow

 

Lie down and place the SNPE Wave Pillow under the neck.

Massage the entire back of the neck by rotating your head left and right on the Wave Pillow.

 

For beginners, use a towel over a SNPE Wave Pillow.

If the Wave Pillow feels too low, elevate the Wave Pillow using a towel underneath.

Hold the Wave Pillow sideways and place it on the hair neckline behind the neck.

Rotate head left and right to massage and loosen up the stiff muscles around the occipital bone and the neck.

Continue to slowly relax the area.

This way helps loosen up the muscles between C1 and occipital bone.

And it can also treat headache and prevent neck and shoulder pain by massaging and relaxing the stiff suboccpital muscle.

The Wave Pillow's wavy surface can face the overhead, or it can also face the shoulders instead.

Try using both ways.

C-Movement helps you restores the having an original shape.

It also helps you prevent and relieve herniated cervical disc, neck and shoulder pain.

It corrects posture and prevents neck wrinkles and facial asymmetry.

SNPE C-Movement with Danason

Lie down and place the SNPE Danason under the hair neckline behind the neck.

Slowly rotate your head left and right to massage and loosen up stiff muscles around the cervical vertebra (neck bone).

Move the Danason from C1 to C7, one vertebra at a time, and press the neck down using the weight of the head.

You can also use the SNPE Wooden Danason instead.

If the Danason feels too strong, use a towel over the Danason.

When massaging the middle part of the cervical vertebre (C4 and C5), elevate the Danason using a towel undereath.

If you are uncomfortable because the head does not rest on the floor, try placing a towel beneath your head.

 

 

 

SNPE C-Movement with Wave Pillow and Danason

 

Lean the Danason diagonally against one side of the Wave Pillow to massage and relax the stiff muscles between C1 and occipital bone.

In order to massage and relax the stiff muscles in the upper thoracic spine between C7 and T1,

Lean the Danason on the opposite side of the Wave Pillow.

Use the props to massage and loosen up the mid-section of the cervical spine.

Turn the Wave Pillow upside and place the Danason on top of it.

If the Danason feels too high for your neck,

Try placing a folded towel instead of the Wave Pillow and adjust for the height.

Try C-Move every single day to restore the cervical vertebrae (neck) to the natural shape,

by massaging and loosening the stiff muscles around the neck and occipital bones.

 

The SNPE Wave Pillow may also be used as a sleeping pillow

for effective neck treatment in order to restore the cervical vertebrae's posture.

However, for beginners, the stiffened muscles area should be massaged

and loosened up for 5 - 10 minutes everyday before using the SNPE Wave Pillow as a sleeping pillow.
