SNPE L-Movement

SNPE L-move

 

SNPE L-Movement is a Self-exercise therapy for treating flat back and herniated lumbar disc and relieving lower back pain.

It can loosen up the stiff muscles around lower back and restore the natural structure of the lumbar vertebrae (lower back).

 

You can position the SNPE Wave Pillow in 3 different positions for L-Movement exercise.

Lie down and place the SNPE Wave Pillow under the Posterior Superior Iliac Spine (P.S.I.S.) or the lower back.

 

For flat backs, place the Wave Pillow under upper lumbar to treat the flat back to its natural c-shaped lordosis.

For hyper-lordosis, place the wave pillow under the lower sacrum for L-Movement.

 

SNPE L-Movement with the SNPE Wave Pillow

Place the SNPE Wave Pillow under the Posterior Superior Iliac Spine (P.S.I.S.)

Put your soles of your feet together with your knees pointed outwards to make a diamond shape with your legs.

Grab the ends of the Wave Pillow with both hands.

Raise your legs before bringing them down close to the floor.

Repeat 3-5 sets, 20-30 times each.

 

 

SNPE L-Movement using the SNPE Belt

Wear the SNPE belts and the Pelvic Band to exercise and correct your legs and pelvic position simultaneously with L-Movement exercise.

Bend the knees to 90°, lift the legs up before lowering them to close to the floor.

When lowering the legs, tighten the abdominal and hip muscles, squeeze the legs together as much possible.

When raising the legs, contract the abdominal muscles and lower your ribs closer to the floor.

Wear the Pelvic Belt if the L-Movement causes your hip joints to make a crack sound.

It can strengthen the abdomen muscles to stabilize the spine and

Drawing a circle

While grabbing the ends of the SNPE Wave Pillow,

bring your legs together with your feet up and

draw a big circle both on the left and right sides.

This movement concentrate on massaging each side of your P.S.I.S

 

 

SNPE L-Movement for Beginners

Keep your feet on the ground with your knees bent and move your legs left and right.

If you feel too strong, use a towel over the Wave Pillow.

 

 

SNPE L-Movement with the Danason

Lie down with your knees bent, place the SNPE Danason under the lower back

and push it against the Danason.

Massage and loosen up the stiff muscles around lower back.

Move the legs left and right to massage and loosen up the left and right lower back muscles.

Extend your left leg, then raise the right knee and

move it across your body.

Repeat for the other side.

 

Beginners use wave pillows first, and then use Danason when you get used to it.

If you feel too strong, use a towel over the Danason.

 

 

 

SNPE is an exercise therapy program optimized for pain reduction that can be practiced anywhere, when equipped with portable belts and other tools. SNPE is a self-directed workout, a low-cost solution to posture correction and pain management, and low- to moderate-intensity flexibility-based muscle strength training. Thus, SNPE can be considered as one exercise therapy modality ideal for chronic pain management and pain reduction, which was demonstrated through empirical studies.
